Tonight was Parents Night at Heritage for the second term of the school year. Parents were invited to come and meet their kids' teachers, and Mom came and sat through the spiels John's and my teachers put together, which she said were very boring. I told her she should try sitting through it for 88 minutes every day. I came with her because it was also career night, and I wanted to meet a graphic designer CEO who was coming to talk and be inspirational to students, which turned out to be pretty worthwhile. This picture doesn't do it justice, but the skyline tonight was incredibly gorgeous.

We got into little groups and made posters in Health class today (during the day, not at Parents Night) about drugs and medicine. (Drugs are bad, mmmkay?) Gabe, Cheyanne and I got "Narcotics" as our topic, while other people got marijuana, hallucinogens, club drugs, steroids, depressants, and stimulants.

These are our "goals collages" we made earlier in the week. Mine is the one with the green border... Justin helped me make it the night before it was due.
